These songs were recorded live by Chris Walla in his home/studio in Bellingham, WA, in November of 1997. Pacer broke up in 1998 and nothing was ever done with the recordings until, in 2016, Chris was kind enough to find the original tapes and mix the songs. Sadly, composer, saxophonist, screamer Lucas Hicks passed away in 2017, but not before he heard and enjoyed these, the best recordings of Pacer songs that exist. All money made from the sales of Pacer downloads will be donated to The Lucas Hicks Front Porch Shining Light Fellowship. More info here. centrum.org/lucas/

Pacer was a band that started in 1996 in Grand Junction, CO. The band then moved to Bellingham, WA, rocked the socks off all the cool kids, then broke up in 1998. Sadly, composer, saxophonist, vocalist Lucas Hicks passed away in 2017.
